Sample template of the partnership agreement as of 4th July 2013

Sample template of the partnership agreement as Word-file is the basis and a model for the contracts that projects will have to conclude with their partners. The overall structure and contents of the document might be altered according to project demands and legal traditions. However, the text sections marked with yellow are compulsory elements that must be included  in partnership agreements in the given wording.
