ICT

ICT means Information and Communication Technology, a broad subject concerned with technology and other aspects of managing and processing information.

Implementing Regulation

Commission Regulation (EC) No 1828/2006 of 8 December 2006 setting out rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund and of Regulation (EC) No 1080/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Regional Development Fund. The implementing regulation is an important document for the South Baltic Programme as it defines the framework e.g. for programme implementation and eligibility of costs.

Indicator

The progress in implementation of the project shall be measured through the system of indicators which define and set targets for expected results of the activities. The system of indicators of the South Baltic Programme consists of result and output indicators. Each project has to define indicators already with the application. For more information see also output indicators and result indicators.
