Two baby sharks as a real “product” of cross-border co-operation!
Two baby sharks were born in the Lithuanian Sea Museum! And the project team is more than happy, because they are a real “product” of co-operation. Several months ago the sharks of the Museum of the World Ocean, Kaliningrad, started producing eggs in big amounts and the museum decided to try to breed baby sharks. To their surprise it was successful! Now the museum in Kaliningrad has already 6 small sharks and more are about to hatch. In addition to that with a real spirit of international community, the Museum of the World Ocean shared some eggs with the Lithuanian Sea Museum which announced that there are two baby sharks as well born from these Kaliningrad eggs, but in Lithuania! We can conclude that Baltic Museums 2.0 Project is very productive :)
