Match meeting event, 11 September 2008

An event for potential beneficiaries of the South Baltic Cross-border Cooperation Programme took place on 11 September in Swinoujscie/Poland. 130 participants from Germany, Poland, Sweden, Denmark and Lithuania representing regional and local authorities, NGOs, universities and other actors in the South Baltic area gathered together to discuss pipe-line projects, find project partners and develop projects ideas in line with the South Baltic Programme priorities.

The Match Meeting started with general presentation about the South Baltic Programme and continued with 6 workshops dedicated to Programme measures. Projects owners presented their projects ideas and received feedback and guidelines from experts. More than 40 project ideas were presented and new partnership established which was further strengthened during the Project Bazaar used for partner search and ideas exchange.

It is expected that the meeting will result in high quality projects to be implemented within the South Baltic Programme in coming calls.

Organizers would like to thank to all participants and experts for their efforts and contribution to the event.

Presentations of the meeting can be found below.
