Capture the legacy of Cross-border Co-operation
Polish photo competition launched: explore and capture how Cross-border Co-operation Programmes affect the Polish border regions.

The upcoming holidays are the time of traveling and active recreation. Spending time in the border areas can be a great opportunity to search for projects carried out in cooperation with foreign partners. We invite both children and adults to participate in a photo competition. The photos should illustrate events and people in places that have changed thanks to the support from cross-border cooperation programmes of the European Territorial Cooperation (ETC) and the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI).

Applications can be submitted until July 7, 2013. A prize (e-book reader) for both age groups will be awarded within each of the 5 thematic categories (entrepreneurship and innovation; public space, transport; education and science; environmental protection; tourism, culture, tradition). Each participant can submit only one photo. File size in jpg or tiff format should not exceed 15 MB and the photo resolution should be at least 3000x2000 pixels, 300 dpi.

In addition, the jury will award a prize for the most photographed project of the ETC or ENPI project.

Completed and signed application form for the competition (enclosed) must be sent by post to the address of the organizer of the contest: Ministerstwo Rozwoju Regionalnego, ul. Wspólna 2/4, 00-926 Warszawa, with postscript: "Konkurs DWT". The scan of the application and the photo should be sent via e-mail: konkurs.dwt@mrr.gov.pl

Detailed information can be found in the
Contest regulation and annexes.
